How do I clean and care for handwoven products?

Cotton products, such as tea towels and cotton throw pillows, can be machine washed and dried. To wash and dry your cotton handwoven item more sustainably, hand or machine wash in cold water with mild laundry soap. Line dry or tumble dry on low or no heat.
Wool products can be dry cleaned. To wash and dry wool hand woven item more sustainably, hand wash gently with mild detergent in cold water. Roll item in a clean towel to remove moisture. Dry flat. Iron without steam.
Tencel products can be machine washed and dried.  However, we recommend treating them the same as cotton products for sustainability.

When will my purchase ship?

We ship all in-stock orders within 3 business days. For pre-ordered items not currently in-stock, we will notify you of our expected production and delivery timeline, which may be between 1-4 weeks, since all items our handwoven and sewn in house. We will send information on how to track your package via FedEx or USPS upon mailing. We are not responsible for packages once shipped, so we highly recommend tracking your package to ensure that it is delivered to a safe location and/or that someone is present to receive it upon delivery.

What if an item is damaged or defective?

We make every effort to ensure that your handwoven items arrive in excellent condition. However, products that arrive damaged or defective can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 business days.  We will assume responsibility for all shipping charges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Do you allow refunds or exchanges?

You can return merchandise for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We will process your refund or exchange upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds are issued through the original payment method. All return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend choosing a shipping method that includes tracking information. Can I include a gift message with my purchase?

We can include a gift message with any purchase intended as a gift. Please email us your gift message at the time of purchase.
